Leah is an experienced inclusive education specialist with over a decade of expertise in designing, adapting, and delivering high-quality training programs and learning materials across East Africa.

Prior to joining Zizi Afrique, Leah worked as a Professional Development Advisor at Education Development Center (EDC), where she led nationwide teacher training initiatives under Kenya’s Primary Literacy Program. She also served as Research and Training Manager at eKitabu, spearheading inclusive digital education programs across Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Malawi, and as a Curriculum Developer at the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development, co-developing inclusive teacher education resources.

Leah holds a Master of Science in Teaching and Curriculum (Inclusive Education) from Syracuse University and is deeply passionate about advancing equitable learning opportunities for all children.
