Beria is a Senior Program Officer, Gender. With a deep passion for creating programs that uplift youth, girls, and vulnerable communities. She works to amplify their voices, promote access to fair opportunities, and support their journey toward a better future.

She holds an MBA in Strategic and Human Resource Management from Daystar University, along with certifications that sharpen her ability to turn ideas into real impact.

Outside of work, Beria loves discovering Kenya’s cultural gems and spends her time mentoring young people in her community especially girls so they can learn, grow, and thrive.
