I’m a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professional, trained in project performance management, monitoring and evaluation; statistical data analysis and modeling; surveys and experiments design and methodologies; data visualization and presentation; and technical report writing. I also possess skills in computer hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting; computerized database design and management on MS Access, Excel, SQL, PHP, ODK, KOBO, CommCare, Survey solutions, and Survey CTO among other custom data management platforms; big data analytics on a variety of computer software such as CS Pro, R, SAS, STATA, SPSS, Epi Info, NVivo, Excel among others; as well as the general Microsoft office and Google workspace applications. I have vast experience in MEL and research gained from working in programs/projects monitoring and evaluation, research surveys, statistical technical assistance, data management, and other projects from recognized government, non-governmental, and corporate institutions. I have acquired useful professional skills, directly from the field, and I can work with various groups as a facilitator and leader. Training in M&E and Statistics has equipped me with strong analytical skills, creativity/innovation, flexibility, humility, independence, and hard work.
