and Information Engineering from Dedan Kimathi University of Technology. With a robust portfolio
in software development, cloud computing, and DevOps engineering, his expertise
encompasses areas such as cloud-native application deployment, microservices architecture,
and knowledge management. His technical proficiency includes working with technologies like
PHP, Java, the MERN stack, SharePoint, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Oracle, enabling
seamless software development, testing, integration, and knowledge management.
Horine brings valuable experience from his previous roles, where he contributed to key projects,
including the Africa Climate Summit 2023 Application and multiple enterprise software solutions
including knowledge management systems. He is recognized for his innovative approach and
commitment to excellence. Currently, he serves as a Senior Officer in Knowledge Management &
Technology at Zizi Afrique, where he is at the forefront of developing and managing the knowledge
base, ALiVE website, open-source and Learning Management System (LMS) platforms,
automating solutions for life skills assessments, and supporting organizational systems.
